⏱️ Processing and tracking

Processing

• After payment confirmation, I process within 48 to 72 hours, with rare exceptions
• During holidays or promotional campaigns, processing may take a little longer due to volume
• Once the order is shipped, you receive an email with a tracking code

Tracking

• 📧 Automatic email with the tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched
• 🔍 Follow the journey on the carrier’s site (NM Express or CTT)
